Client was run off the road and ditched his car.  He walked to a tavern to drown his sorrows.  Hours later, calls his girlfriend and asks her to pick him up at his car.  He walks to his car to remove some personal belongings.  As his girlfriend gets there, an officer pulls up and notices the vehicle in the ditch.  My client admits he owned the car.  Cop administers field sobriety tests which my client failed ...miserably.

Client is arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Driving with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration.  At trial, judge agrees with us to drop PAC charge.  Jury agrees that the State has not met their Burden of Proof and find the Defendant NOT GUILTY.  Client leaves very happy and with all liberties intact.
