I was stopped in North Royalton for rolling thru a stop sign on State rd. (which I did). The officers had me get out of my vehicle and do some field sobriety tests & then placed me under arrest for OVI. I was given a breath test at the jail and blew a .114 I have no prior OVI convictions, but was arrested for it about 4yrs ago and was given a reduced plea and 3 day alcohol class and fine. I don't know if I can avoid a conviction this time, but I am hoping to avoid any jail time, minimize my fine, and minimize my suspension time. I would be willing to do classes, community service, or anything that the court may require. My initial appearance is in Parma Court 9/10/10 at 9:30am

I deal wih mild to sever degression and axiety. I hav left m medication in salt lake cause i went on a trip to Jackson hole. When i retured i started really feeling like i wasn't going to be able to stleep, since i hadn'st slept in 6 days. So i tool a trazadone, and a lorzapam that i hade left over from on old script. while driving down the I-15 i leaned over cause i spelt yougurt, when doing do the ofice said i wsa serviving ,s o he puled me over. I took the field sobrerity test and and he said i looked ok. he didn't arrest me , but i rode wth him in the front of his car to the station where theh did a blod test on me. I told them all the meds i was and he believed me.. I've never once been aressted had dealing with the law but but on the ticket he did metion DUI, i need to know what my options are now.

I went through a road block on august 22nd. I showed my drivers lisence and was asked what a cup in my car contained. I told the officer i didn't know because my boyfriend had my car that night. I was asked to do a sobriety test and breath test. I failed the breath test i guess due to a couple of drinks I had earlier that night. I was arrested and my car was impounded.
