I was pulled over for speeding tonight, I then went thu the alcohol tests, he arrested me on suspicion, i was under the impression I had to blow to get the re-test at hopital so obliged accordingly. I blew a.101. Need to fight due to pregnant fiance and my son in the car. I got blood test, but still over at .91. please help me in anyway you can. I have committed myself to complete sobriety and need to implement the steps to recovery and salvation.

MY COUSIN HAD A DWI AND DOESN'T HAVE A LAWYER--HE DIDN'T BLOW AND HE DIDN'T TAKE ANY TESTS- BUT THE COP PULLED HIM OVER FOR NOT MAKING A COMPLETE STOP- AND WAS WRITING THE TICKET FOR THE TRAFFIC VIOLATION, WHEN HE MENTIONED SOMETHING ABOUT DRINKING--AND THEN MY COUSIN SAID HE HAD BEEN AT DINNER AND HAD A GLASS OF WINE- THEN THE COP SAID HE WAS PROBABLY DRUNK- MY COUSIN LAUGHED AND SAID, YEA , RIGHT. THEN THE COP WANTED TO TEST HIM AND MY COUSIN SAID NO- AND THEN HE ARRESTED HIM!

Pulled over for going 40mph in a 35mph zone at 2:21 am on 6/14/08 blew a .100 BAC and a .98 BAC. Passed the field sobriety test. Did not feel or act visibly intoxicated at the time of being pulled over. Was not arrested and did not get a ticket.

I was pulled over on hwy 512 around 4:00am in the morning. The officer that pulled me over said I was doing 50 in a 60 zone. I has slowed down because I was exting the freeway. He asked for my license ran a check then came back and ask had I been drinking I told him yes earlier the night before. By then two more cars pulled up and I did the field test. They then gave me the breath test and took me to the highway patrol station on 112th. Waiting awhile gave me another test then I signed some paper they put a whole in my license and gave me a ride home. I think I blow a .11,that was about 2 weeks ago. Now I received a letter stating my license will be revoked on 8/08 for two years. Can you help me?
